On 6 June, 500 professionals from across the globe will gather in London to honour the best of the business continuity sector.

Established in 1998, the CIR Business Continuity Awards are a highlight in the industry calendar for risk directors and workplace recovery professionals everywhere. The evening is all about celebrating the past year’s successes in business continuity, security and resilience. Regus’ Workplace Recovery team is delighted to be hosting a VIP table and handing out an award on stage.

With 27 award categories, entrants for the CIR Business Continuity Awards can shine the spotlight on their best people, products and projects. It’s an inspiring evening that champions excellence within the industry.

Regus is sponsoring the event’s Newcomer of the Year Award – an important category that recognises rising stars. “It’s an ideal opportunity for Regus to demonstrate its place in the business continuity and disaster recovery market and to show its support of new and upcoming practitioners,” says Helen Petrie, Product and Indirect Channel Manager – Workplace Recovery for Regus.

As well as sponsoring the award, Regus will host a VIP table at the ceremony. “We have invited both clients and channel partners who have supported and promoted the WR product line, along with some new prospects who will be able to see the breadth of the business continuity industry and Regus’ position within it,” says Petrie.

The hotly anticipated event is a chance for risk directors and business continuity professionals to come together, catch up with each other and be inspired by best practice case studies.

Regus’ presence as a sponsor and table host shows how important events such as CIR’s Business Continuity Awards are for the brand – and for the flexible workspace industry as a whole. They offer a chance to spread the word with prominent risk directors about how Regus can help companies return to ‘business as usual’ during a crisis, thanks to its workplace recovery solutions.

“Regus’ global network offers a uniquely flexible and guaranteed approach to workplace recovery, allowing organisations to respond at the time of the crisis, dependant on the crisis,” says Petrie. “In a world where flexible working is key, Regus’ dynamic workplace recovery allows a flexible recovery, too.”
